About

Biography

Photographic artist and writer based in Liverpool, UK. My creative practice is concerned with topics surrounding religion, belief, and what we mean when we say reality. I also like to collaborate with other artists. My visual approach varies depending on the ideas and projects I am working with, and has included documentary portraiture, still life and works of text-based art.

As a writer I have contributed to various platforms including British Journal of Photography, Pupil Sphere and Splash and Grab, as well a working as deputy editor at Loupe Magazine. I am co-founder of a photobook publishing company, Besides Press, and I’m currently a higher education lecturer in photography at City of Liverpool College.
